Submit applications, initial checks will run and you’ll be notified of the outcome immediately. If successful you’ll need to upload supporting documents. The application will be reviewed by an underwriter who will provide a final lending decision within 24 hours. If approved, the offer will be made by email. Once you confirm you want to proceed, a relationship manager will guide them through the final steps. Funds are sent to you upon receipt of agreements.
